- all year long in the markets of Châtelard (Friday morning) and Aix les Bains (Saturday morning)
- in the summer in the markets of Lescheraines (Tuesday morning and Sunday morning)
- in the shops “Au-rendez-vous du Terroir” IZ des Iles in Annecy and the “Fromagerie entre lac et montagne” in Saint-Ours
