Not at all! There are outings to suit all abilities, from easy family walks to more challenging hikes. The guide will adapt the route to suit the group.
What should you take with you?
Walking shoes, water, warm clothing and sun protection (glasses, cream, cap). The guide will give you the exact list before the outing.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, many of our outings are designed for the very young, with a leisurely pace and fun content. Some walks are even accessible to 3-4 year-olds!
What is the difference between a guide and an escort?
A mountain leader is qualified to lead hikes in medium-sized mountains. They don’t guide on glaciers or climb mountains, but they do have a thorough knowledge of the fauna, flora, heritage… and the good spots in the area!
