Le Nid des Aigles - Footbridge

You're probably already familiar with the Mont du Chat, the famous summit between the Avant-Pays-Savoyard region and Lac du Bourget, next to the equally famous Dent du Chat.
At an altitude of 1,504 metres, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Savoyard massifs and even Mont Blanc.

Discover the Nid des Aigles from the Restaurant des Aigles, located at the Mont du Chat lookout. Easy staircase access for a walk in the trees! At a height of over 6 metres, take a walk on footbridges, from tree to tree, and discover nature in a different way over a distance of 1.5 km! A walk that's both unusual and fun!

There's also a 30m² observation platform where you can take in the scenery, as well as a fully secure 300m² ‘accro'filet’ area with swings, ball games, a slackline and a maze... The whole course is suitable for young and old alike.

You can also take part in a treasure hunt along the footbridge walkway, where you can discover the flora and fauna and learn about the history of the Dent du Chat! You'll need to solve a series of riddles to find the treasure and get your reward! Information at the Cabane à Souvenirs.

The Nid des Aigles is just a hundred metres from the Restaurant des Aigles and there is a car park available. The ticket office is located at the Cabane à Souvenirs and access to the Eagles' Nest is via a wooden staircase that can be climbed by anyone with motor problems. Accessible to all ages - Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The Nid des Aigles snack bar offers refreshments and souvenirs. Open from 10am to 6pm.
