2Write the "short description"
Summarise the event without repeating information already included in the title or other fields (times, venue, etc.).
3Write the “detailed description”
Enhance the presentation with additional details, without repeating the text from the short description or any other information already entered.
4Choose the image to accompany your text
To be approved, your event must include a photo.
The image must be royalty-free and the photo credit must be specified (photographer’s name). If an image is generated by artificial intelligence, please state: ‘Image generated by artificial intelligence (AI)’ and the name of the AI, such as ChatGPT, with no applicable copyright.
The image you choose must not contain any text.
Minimum image dimensions: 1900 pixels (longest side). Landscape (horizontal) orientation is preferred.

This form must be completed at least 10 days before the date of your event.
Only events taking place in one of the 38 municipalities within the Grand Chambéry urban area will be accepted. For other municipalities, please contact the relevant tourist office.
