Come and enjoy this leisure center and its splendid setting: lakes, the Chéran River, forests, and mountains in the background.
The “Iles du Chéran” complex comprises four lakes spread out along the Chéran River. The leisure center, facilities, and activities are located on the two lakes accessible from Lescheraines. The other two lakes, accessible from La Motte-en-Bauges and the Pissieu waterfall car park (in the commune of Le Châtelard), are perfect for relaxing in peaceful natural surroundings. Fishing and walking are also possible.
The Lescheraines leisure center offers a wide range of activities for a busy day out!
¤ A wide range of leisure activities:
- At the first lake: swimming with a beach, 3-lane water slide, water games, bungee jumping, etc.
- At the second lake: wakeboarding, water games, pedal boat, paddleboard, and canoe rentals, as well as fishing areas
- And around the lakes: pétanque courts, multi-sports field, children's playground, fitness trail, soccer field, beach volleyball, skate park, etc. There is also a tennis court (contact the Plan d'Eau bar-restaurant).
¤ Walks:
A comfortable walk (accessible to strollers and people with reduced mobility) starts from the leisure center: it first goes around the swimming lake (north lake) and then continues south, along two other lakes (Lescheraines lake and Châtelard lake).
You can also reach the Picot footbridge (a pretty footbridge suspended above the Chéran river), the Pissieu waterfall, or the Motte-en-Bauges lake.
¤ Gourmet moments guaranteed:
The lake's bar-restaurant welcomes you for an aperitif, a gourmet break, or a meal.
Prefer to bring your own picnic? Picnic tables and barbecues are available.
¤ And to prolong the pleasure:
One day wasn't enough? Two types of accommodation are available to prolong the pleasure!

The TERNELIA l'Eau Vive holiday residence (room and apartment rentals)
Various amenities are also available (restrooms, large parking lot, bus parking, etc.).
