Fancy a gentle bit of exercise? Why not go for a snowshoe walk or a hike along the signposted trails starting from the centre of La Féclaz? A 9 km circular route takes you to the summit of the Orionde. Up there, a breathtaking panorama unfolds before you: Mont Blanc, Belledonne, Chartreuse… A wonderful reward for a gentle, accessible climb.

For lunch, dig your picnic out of your rucksack (special mention if you’ve brought some Tome des Bauges!), or simply follow the delicious aromas to the Chalet du Sire, a temple to Savoyard cuisine on the mountainside.

A word of advice: stick to the signposts, follow the footpaths, and leave the slopes to the skiers. Everyone has their own space, everyone has their own enjoyment.
