Résidence Les Balcons d'Aix

Located in La Féclaz, in the heart of the Bauges mountains, the Vacancéole Les Balcons d’Aix** residence is set 200 metres from the resort centre and close to the slopes of the Savoie Grand Revard ski area. Situated between 1,350 m and 1,550 m altitude, the resort offers 50 km of alpine skiing and 150 km of Nordic trails across La Féclaz, Le Revard and Saint-François-de-Sales. Known as the “Little Canadian Corner of Savoie”, the area features open plateaus and forests, around 25 km from Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains. The residence offers accommodation for 2 to 7 guests, some with balcony or terrace. A heated indoor swimming pool is available free of charge. A wellness area with sauna and hammam is available at an additional cost. Ski lockers and a bike storage room are available. Free outdoor parking is provided subject to availability. A buffet breakfast service is offered. Raclette and fondue sets are available on loan, along with preferential rates on ski passes and equipment hire. In summer, the destination provides access to hiking towards the Croix du Nivolet and the Revard viewpoint, visits to Lac du Bourget and Aix-les-Bains, as well as activities such as horse riding, mountain biking, via ferrata and tree-top adventure courses. Alpine farms and high-altitude fishing lakes enhance the nature experience. In winter, the Savoie Grand Revard area offers alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and biathlon across 150 km of Nordic trails. Fatbike, dog sledding, snowshoeing, pedestrian paths and a tipi village complete the range of activities in a resort renowned for its wide open spaces and preserved environment.
