In these unspoilt landscapes, leaping chamois, elusive mouflon and majestic red deer share the territory with the boreal lynx, the ghost of the forests, and the golden eagle, lord of the heights.
The signs of their presence — faint footprints in the snow, scratched bark or well-hidden droppings — are all clues to a world that never fully reveals itself.

Cows, goats, sheep… Every day, as you wander along a path or through a village, you’ll come across small-scale farms. The farmers and producers welcome you with warmth and passion. They share their expertise, explain the production process, and invite you to watch, touch and taste.
