Qualité Tourisme™ was founded by the government to “provide ever improving hospitality and tourist services” throughout France.

Grand Chambéry Alpes Tourist Board wanted to get involved for several reasons:

A policy of ongoing improvement because we want all the working methods we’ve established to achieve the “brand” to make us part of a process of constant improvement. So we assess customer satisfaction among individuals and groups.


Exceeding our visitors’ expectations is our priority.


We want to be a prime contact for local tourism professionals who can rely on our expertise. Sales activities in the structure (groups, marketplace, booking system, school trips, business tourism) must generate new business for local figures.

We want to promote the Chambéry Montagnes destination with appropriate marketing. The Grand Chambéry area has set itself an ambitious tourism development strategy for 2017-2022. Grand Chambéry Alpes Tourist Board is involved in implementing this strategy.
